The primary focus of this solicitation is to pre-qualify such Respondents for participation in land lease opportunities with NYPA for the development of one or more Projects using the technologies listed above. Pre-qualified Respondents may be offered the opportunity to lease NYPA-owned or controlled land for the siting, development, construction, ownership and operation of such Projects, pursuant to a mutually agreed upon land use arrangement.
