Landa Street Water Line Extension

New Braunfels Utilities (“NBU”) invites the submittal of responses to this Request for Bids (“RFB”) from qualified firms interested in providing construction services in connection with the construction of the Landa Street Water Line Extension (the “Project”). The Project is anticipated to include some or all of the following items within its scope: (i) construction of approximately 100 linear feet of 8-inch water line by trenchless methods; (ii) approximately 200 linear feet of 8-inch water line to be grout-filled and abandoned; (iii) two-inch long water service; (iii) stormwater pollution prevention; (iv) traffic control; (v) site restoration; and (vi) all other appurtenances necessary to complete the Project.
