    Description

    The City of Naperville is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors to supply labor, equipment, supplies, and materials associated with landscape restoration services. The work generally includes providing landscape restoration services for multiple sites throughout the City limits as directed by the Department of Public Works. The work consists of restoring damage caused by the City of Naperville Department of Public Utilities and Department of Public Works maintenance and capital improvement projects, and may vary in size from three square foot turf repairs to several hundred square yards of turf repair of parkway or residential rear yard repair.  

     

    The work will involve mobilizing to various sites throughout the City and completely restoring the landscaping.  The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the work at designated locations as directed by the City.  The Contractor assumes the responsibility for the work, efficient operation, and conduct of crews and equipment. The Contractor shall perform the work in accordance with all municipal, county, state, and federal laws.  All work shall be performed in accordance with the standard principles established for such work. The Contractor shall dispose of all debris resulting from his work and shall leave the work area in a clean and acceptable condition.
