    The New York State Division of Military and Naval Affairs (DMNA) is seeking a responsible vendor for repair, replacement, and certification of the lightning rod systems for Hangars A, B, C, & D at the Latham AASF (Flight Facility) per the scope of work included within. The purpose of this project is to protect the building structures from damage due to direct lightning strikes. See attached IFB 25-29 document for full Scope of Work and Bid Requirements.
