PURPOSE: The purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract(s) for Lawn Care and Grounds Maintenance services for the Minnesota Department of Military Affairs located at multiple Minnesota National Guard facilities throughout the State of Minnesota. Contracts tasks include, but are not limited to: • Mow and fertilize lawns • Apply pesticides to designated locations • Trim shrubbery • Complete fall and spring cleanups of facilities • Mulching • Weed control Master Contract Release: L-531. QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Staci Stoerzinger, via email at staci.stoerzinger@state.mn.us no later than March 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the RFP, they must immediately notify the AMS in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time.
