    Description

Greenville County is seeking reliable, professional vendors to provide routine lawn mowing and maintenance services for 46 County-owned properties, including parks, sports complexes, community centers, and other locations noted across our community. The County desires to enter into an initial one (1) year term with up to four (4) annual renewal options.

We welcome proposals from contractors of all sizes and may award this project to multiple sources. The County reserves the right to modify the number of locations served as operational needs change. Vendors may submit proposals for all sites or for specific regions (North, Central, or South County).

The selected contractor(s) shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and incidentals necessary to provide comprehensive grass cutting and maintenance services. Services shall be performed in a manner that promotes proper health and growth of turf to ensure a rich green color and neat appearance free of debris. Incidental services include edging where grass meets pavement, string-trimming edges and abutments, blowing and/or collecting grass clippings, and protecting non-lawn areas on site.
