LCCC desires to enter into a contract with an entity who can supply a wide variety of athletic gear, athletic equipment and athletic supplies to our Athletic Department. LCCC intends to award a contract to one Firm for a period of up to three (3) years with the option to renew the contract for an additional two (2) one (1) year terms upon agreement of both parties. Once awarded, the LCCC Athletic Department would be bound to purchase all athletic gear, athletic equipment and athletic supplies from the selected proposer during the contracted period. The only exception to this would be if a specifically needed item is not available from the selected entity. Estimated anticipated needs and expenditures, by athletic sport and category available in the RFP document attached. Athletic gear, athletic equipment and athletic supplies would be specified by the LCCC Athletic Department, as needs arise. It is anticipated that the LCCC Athletic Department would attempt to make bulk purchases wherever possible, however there may be unique circumstances when this isn’t feasible. LCCC is not desirous of an exclusive branded contract with a single manufacturer. Proposer must to be able to source athletic equipment and athletic supplies licensed by the NJCAA and NCAA, and must be capable of sourcing brands such as, but not necessarily limited to; Tachikara, Nike, Under Armour, Adidas, Mizuno, Reebok and New Balance. Questions must be submitted by June 17, 2026 by 4:00 p.m. (MT) via Public Purchase. All communications shall be through Public Purchase, please do not contact any LCCC employees. RFP responses must be submitted by June 26, 2026 by 4:00 p.m. (MT) via Public Purchase. Proposals received after this time will NOT be considered or accepted. **All RFP responses must include a completed and signed "Bid Submittal Document" included in the RFP document attached, or they will not be considered.**
