LCCC intends to award a contract to one Firm for a period of up to three (3) years with opportunity for two (2) annual renewals upon agreement of both parties. More than one Firm may be awarded if a company cannot service both Laramie and Cheyenne locations. Estimated print volume and Printer Inventory List are available in the RFP document attached. All questions shall be submitted via Public Purchase on or before June 22, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. (MT). Communication regarding this RFP shall only be through Public Purchase, and no other LCCC employees. Proposals must be submitted through Public Purchase by June 30, 2026 by 4:00 P.M. (MT). Proposals received after this time will NOT be considered or accepted. **All RFP responses must include a completed and signed "RFP Submittal Document" included in the RFP document attached, or they will not be considered.**
