Bidders must meet all bid requirements to be considered. All items substituted must meet or exceed the published specifications of the specified item(s) listed below. Any bid submitted offering an alternative to the requested items must include complete and detailed specification sheets, or similar data. Documentation provided must clearly demonstrate that the product offered meets or exceeds all specifications, features, and performance requirements of the requested item. Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. Upon evaluation of bids received, bidders may be asked for a sample to verify that the item proposed meets solicitation requirements. Requested sample shall be at bidder’s expense. Bid prices shall include delivery of items F.O.B. destination or as otherwise provided Orders will be made on an "as needed" basis and NO Minimum Order will be accepted. BID AWARD Bid will be awarded by Line item to the lowest responsive, responsible vendor(s) submitting the lowest cost meeting the required specifications. Vendor does not have to bid on each item to qualify. Bid prices shall include delivery of items F.O.B. destination or as otherwise provided. LOT 1 - PRICING MSRP - All pricing shall be based on a percentage discount off the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The Awarded discount shall be applied consistently throughout the contract term. In no instance shall the resulting price exceed the vendor's current retail pricing at the time of purchase, including any sales, promotions, or special discounts offered to the general public. The purchaser shall receive the lowest available price. All items that are bid on with a percentage discount off MSRP, MUST include the current MSRP on each quote at the time of purchase. This is required to verify that the correct discount is being applied. The vendor(s) offering the highest percentage discount on desired products will be given first preference when ordering. - Orders shall be received within 10 business days from date of order, or with approved extension by STPSO. - Awarded products not delivered for two (2) consecutive weeks will be forfeited and award given to the next lowest bidder. - Delivery Must be available to All Locations within the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office with the main delivery location at STPSO Training, 300 Brownswitch Rd. Slidell, LA 70458, - Prices must include all shipping/fuel charges. - NO MINIMUM order specifications will be accepted for this bid. The bidder represents that all equipment offered under these specifications shall be NEW. Used, Shopworn, Demonstrator, or Prototype models ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. Vendors electing to claim Louisiana preference, as defined by LA RS38:2251, et. seq., must complete the attached Louisiana Preference Claim Form and present it as part of the bid proposal. By signing and submitting bid, vendor certifies that this is the lowest bid prices for quality products. In the event of a tie bid, vendors will be asked to submit a best and final offer.
