The contractor will be required to provide disposal documentation consisting of disposal manifests providing the following information; generator information (name, address, and contact info), leachate disposal info (description of any testing and results, volume of leachate disposed, date of disposal), and disposal facility. The contractor is responsible for scheduling all subcontractors necessary to complete the scheduled work.
