    Description

    The scope of work under this contract shall consist of furnishing labor and material at the request of the Town of Norfolk Director of Public Works or Designee to perform work set forth in the attached Quotation sheet in connection with Leachate Removal Services.

     The contractor shall provide Leachate Removal Services. All services shall be on call and available twenty-four hours per day. Regular service calls shall be responded to within forty-eight (48) hours and emergency calls within one (1) hour. The Contractor shall employ an answering service capable of signaling a service person twenty-four (24) hours a day. An answering machine is not acceptable

     This contract will include all work required for the removal of leachate. The contractor will be required to provide disposal documentation consisting of disposal manifests providing the following information; generator information (name, address, and contact info), leachate disposal info (description of any testing and results, volume of leachate disposed, date of disposal), and disposal facility. The contractor is responsible for scheduling all subcontractors necessary to complete the scheduled work.
