The City of Waco, Texas Housing and Community Development Department is seeking an experienced, qualified firm(s), or individual(s) to perform Lead Risk Assessment, in conformance with the HUD Guidelines for the Evaluation and Control of Lead-Based Paint and provide a report that meets state requirements under the Texas Environmental Lead Reduction Rule (TELRR) 25 TAC 295.212(c) for each site evaluated. Awardee must comply to the requirements of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and Lead Safe Housing Rule (LSHR), found in 24 CFR Part 35. This is a multiple award contract for shared services.
