A service line is considered a lead service line if any part of the service line contains lead or GRR; (b) Installation of new water service lines in accordance with Village technical standards and applicable codes; (c) Potholing, utility locating, and coordination with existing underground utilities; (d) Electrical bonding and grounding modifications required as a result of service line replacement; (e) Temporary and permanent surface restoration including pavement, sidewalks, driveways, curbs, parkways, and landscaping; (f) Flushing, sampling, testing, documentation, and regulatory compliance activities; (g) Traffic control, erosion control, dewatering, and site protection measures.
