The District, through its duly authorized constituted officials, reserves the right to accept any offer in its entirety or in part, any offer deemed most advantageous to the Killeen Independent School District and to waive any formalities in bidding. Proposals must be received by 2:00 pm (CST) on June 11, 2026. Questions and their answers will be shared with all RFP participants through IonWave.
