    Description

    The White Plains Housing Authority (WPHA) is seeking Proposals for Legal Services to be perfomred in connection with the managment and operation of its 270 units of public housing which are operated under the auspices of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. The contract period for legal services is for one year beginning 4/1/6, along with a bid for a second year, which is optional if accepted by the WPHA. Submit a separate proposal to conduct Legal Services for the WPHA's Section 8 Program. Interesed firms or individuals are invited to submit their proposal including price and rate quotations to the attention of the Executive Director. Firms shall be ranked based on knowledge of public housing law, HUD rules and regulations, and experience with public work contracts. If you are interested, submit your proposal to the WPHA no later than 2:30 p.m., Thursday, February 18, 2026.
