    The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for providing virtual training to staff at the Agency-contracted Behavioral Health Centers (BHCs) on the Level of Care Utilization System (LOCUS) family assessment tools for the State of Wyoming, Department of Health (Agency) through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on May 19, 2026. Questions must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than 2:00 P.M. Mountain Time on, April 30, 2026. Questions submitted after this deadline may not be accepted or considered. All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 2:00:00 p.m. MT due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 2:00:00 p.m. MT deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process. It is the bidder/proposer’s responsibility to monitor Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, award information or other additional information related to the solicitation.
