    Base Bid Package A shall provide for the installation of approximately 14,672 linear feet of new 16-inch water line beginning at the northernmost corner of the Trinity Landing development, running parallel to U.S. Highway 90, and tying into the City of Dayton water distribution system at County Road 494 (Stilson Road), including all necessary valves, fittings, connections, and appurtenances for a complete installation in accordance with the contract documents.

    Base Bid Package B shall provide for the installation of approximately 24,537 linear feet of new 14-inch sanitary sewer force main from the same origination point and extending to the City of Dayton’s existing Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) at the end of Sunset Heights Avenue, including all necessary valves, fittings, connections, and appurtenances for a complete installation in accordance with the contract documents.

    Base Bid Package C shall provide for the installation of approximately 3,075 linear feet of new 16-inch waterline beginning at an existing 12-inch waterline in the vicinity of the City of Dayton WWTP located at the end of Sunset Heights Avenue, and the abandonment in place of an existing 8-inch water line, including all necessary valves, fittings, connections, and appurtenances for a complete installation in accordance with the contract documents.
