The scope of the services will include one (1) site visit per facility to perform an observation of the existing physical condition of the buildings and make recommendations to upgrade and/or repair the facilities to meet current usage and improve energy efficiency. The assessment will be a non-destructive visual observation of current conditions and will not include any testing or monitoring of the equipment. Recommended repairs and upgrades will be listed for each building component as needed and will be detailed in a final report format. Probable costs of construction will be provided for each upgrade/improvement recommended for work done by both in-house and outside contractors. Deliverables will include two (2) hard copies and a PDF of the report file for each facility.
