The city requires that the design work be thoroughly completed, supported with technical specifications (separate document in book form) and then submitted for review and permitting through the City’s plan check and permitting process. The city also requires that the lead design consultant assist the city during their construction bid solicitation process by providing thorough answers to bid questions.
