Lift Station No. 1 Generator Addition

The work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to construct the Lift Station No. 1 Generator Addition for Cy-Champ Public Utility District, as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. The Contractor shall review the entire set of Contract Documents for a complete description of the Work and all requirements. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing and installation of a natural gas emergency generator set and automatic transfer switch (ATS); construction of duct banks; installation of conduit and wiring; connection to the natural gas service; and civil site improvements including saw cutting of existing pavement as required; construction of the generator concrete foundation, including reinforcing steel, base material, and all associated appurtenances; furnishing and installation of removable bollards; together with all related subsidiary and incidental work necessary to provide a complete and fully operational standby power system, as specified or indicated on the Drawings.
