    Description

    Lift Station No. 1

    The work includes but not limited to, blast and recoat the aboveground piping and vent; installation of rigid safety grate system; installation of surge protection device and grounding system including a ground well on the electrical service rack; wire brush and recoat the meter disconnect enclosure; clean and recoat the generator enclosure; installation of supports on the gas line; sod installation to return to existing conditions; site restoration; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station. 

    Lift Station No. 2

    The work includes but not limited to, cleaning and degritting the wet well; removing corroded hardware and sealing penetration; demolition and replacement of pump guide rail and cable holder assemblies; demolition and replacement of ductile iron wet well riser piping, including protective coating; blast and recoat the aboveground piping; installation of rigid safety grate system; demolition and replacement of stainless steel intermediate guide rail brackets; installation of surge protection device and grounding system including a ground well on the electrical service rack; wire brush and recoat the meter and meter disconnect enclosure; clean and recoat the generator enclosure; installation of supports on the gas line; installation of temporary fencing and storm inlet protection; sod installation to return to existing conditions; site restoration; bypass pumping; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station. 

    Lift Station No. 3

    The work includes but not limited to, cleaning and degritting the wet well; blast and recoat the wet well walls, floor, underside of the top slab;  application of one-inch (1") of concrete repair mortar to all areas of the wet well walls, floors, and underside of top slab; demolition and replacement of the ductile iron wet well riser piping, including protective coating; blast and recoat the valve vault piping, valves, and fittings; demolition and replacement of cable holder assembly; installation of stainless steel intermediate guide rail brackets; installation of surge protection device on the electrical service rack; clean and recoat the generator enclosure; demolition and replacement of the generator flex conduit and coupling; installation of supports on the gas line; installation of temporary fencing; sod installation to return to existing conditions; site restoration; bypass pumping; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station. 

    Lift Station No. 4

    The work includes but not limited to, cleaning and degritting the wet well; blast and recoat the wet well walls, floor, underside of the top slab;  application of one-inch (1") of concrete repair mortar to all areas of the wet well walls, floors, and underside of top slab; demolition and replacement of the ductile iron wet well riser piping, including application of protective coating; demolition and replacement of pump guide rail, stainless steel intermediate brackets, and cable holder assemblies; installation of rigid safety grate system;  blast and recoat the valve vault piping, valves, and fittings; installation of surge protection device on the electrical service rack; wire brush and recoat the meter enclosure; enclose the communication cables; installation of supports on the gas line, demolition and replacement of the three (3) existing wet well terminal box back panels, hardware and door seals; installation of temporary fencing; sod installation to return to existing conditions; site restoration; bypass pumping; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station.

    Lift Station No. 8

    The work includes but not limited to, cleaning and degritting the wet well; blasting and recoating the wet well walls, floors, and underside of top slab; application of one-inch (1") of concrete repair mortar to all areas of the wet well walls, floors and underside of top slab; demolition and replacement of all wet well riser piping, including protective coatings; demolition and replacement of pump guide rail, stainless steel intermediate brackets, and cable holder assemblies; installation of rigid safety grate system; blast and recoat the valve vault piping, valves, and fittings; clean and recoat the generator enclosure; existing gate modifications; installation of temporary fencing; sod installation to return to existing conditions; site restoration; bypass pumping; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station.
