    The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for Light, Medium and Heavy Duty Vehicle Body and Repair Services. Responses are to be submitted via WSSC's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater PRIOR TO 2:00 pm on Tuesday, August 11, 2026. Late responses will not be accepted.

    WSSC is seeking a Contractor to perform complete body repair services for light to heavy-duty automobiles, trucks, and construction equipment.  The body work may include, but not limited to, collision and general damage, fabrication and modification, and/or accessory installation. Repair work may include transmission, engine, framework, brake work, body refurbishing, and refinishing. WSSC seeks a Contractor to provide body work and subsequent repair services for WSSC’s light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles, equipment and/or trailers for Gross Vehicle Weight Rating, 6,000 through 33,001 lbs.

    WSSC fleet includes a over 1,100 vehicles (sedans, compact and full-size SUVs, large vans, full and heavy-duty pick-ups, utility, dump, bucket, and Jet-Vac trucks, closed-circuit television (CCTV)-jet trucks, and large utility and crane trucks.

    • Identify the firm's experience providing light, medium, and heavy-duty automobile, truck, and/heavy equipment body repairs in various types of metal alloys (required)

      2. Number of years the bidder has been in operation.
      3. Description of products and services provided by the bidder.
      4. At least three (3) contracts similar in scope to this IFB that have been performed within the last (7) years. For each contract, please include;
