    The Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority (RGRTA) is seeking bids, on behalf of its subsidiary RTS Monroe, for the provision and delivery of fuel cell grade liquid hydrogen. Product purchased shall be delivered to a portable liquid hydrogen fueling station located at 1372 East Main Street Rochester, NY 14609. RTS utilizes a Supplier Portal for distribution of its solicitations, where Vendors can view documents and submit responses. The portal and relative guides can be found at: https://supplierportal.myrts.com/ The files for this Event will be available to view after 8am on March 27,2026 . Responses must be submitted through the RTS Supplier Portal before the date and time identified in the Event. Any firm appearing on the Comptroller General’s List of Ineligible Contractors is not eligible to participate in this Event. RGRTA is a tax-exempt Public Authority.
