    Scope: The purpose of this Quote is to solicit sealed responses from qualified vendors to provide Liquid Waste Spill Clean-Up Services, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Quote. The City will NOT HOLD a Pre-Bid Conference. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure all pages are included in the submission. All Bidders are advised to closely examine the solicitation package. It is highly recommended that Bidder visit site to provide physical inspection and quote price. Any permit fees should be included in the line items. Cost should be staggered within. Questions and Answers: The City provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through eProcurement Marketplace by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The City will respond to all questions via eProcurement Marketplace. The City of Deerfield Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax.
