Project work includes renovations of the existing Little Harbour Elementary School & Portsmouth Early Education Program (PEEP) playgrounds, located at 50 Clough Drive in Portsmouth, NH. At the Little Harbour Elementary School Area, site improvements will include regrading for play area with accessible features, new playground, bike parking and improved walkways. At the Portsmouth Early Education Program (PEEP) Playground Area, site improvements will include regrading for fully ADA accessible play area and improved walkways. Work may begin at any time after the notice to proceed is issued.
