Project Description: This project will consist of the construction of a fish barrier and modifications to an existing spillway consisting of cast in place concrete, earthwork, rip rap placement, culvert and headgate installation, and miscellaneous work. A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. MT on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 starting at Farson Mercantile, 4048 US 191, Farson, WY, 82932. Bid documents available by logging on to Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder's responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on January 6, 2026. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. on January 9, 2026. Questions received after 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on January 6, 2025, will not be addressed. It is the bidder's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. Each bidder is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, if bid amount is greater than $150,000.00, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. January 15, 2026.
