B. The Proposer shall be available to provide services to all regions of NYS (statewide) in-person. C. The Proposer shall be ready and available to provide services to all regions of NYS (statewide) upon 48 hours’ notice. The State of New York retains the right to request any additional information pertaining to the Contractor's ability, qualifications, and procedures used to accomplish all work under this contract, as it deems necessary to ensure safe and satisfactory work.
