The approximately 18,000 square foot purpose-built facility will be constructed on existing district-owned property within Utah County Parcel No. 66:290:0008, specifically on the current employee parking lot of the Alpine School District Transportation West facility in Saratoga Springs, Utah. The site is immediately adjacent to Westlake High School; the educational component will function as a dedicated CTE satellite program for Westlake High School students. The selected DB team will hold single-point responsibility for a fully integrated, code-compliant facility serving both the district’s fleet maintenance operations and a Career and Technical Education (CTE) program in automotive and diesel mechanics. This procurement is conducted pursuant to the Utah Procurement Code and applicable administrative rules governing design-build contracts.Issuing Procurement Unit, Conducting Procurement Unit, and Solicitation NumberAlpine School District's Department of Purchasing is the issuing procurement unit, and Lake Mountain School District is the conducting procurement unit for this RFP (referred to as “the District”).
