Local Business Outreach Program (LBOP) Roster - OPEN ENROLLMENT

Our district believes in giving back to local businesses. The Facilities Capital Improvement Program’s (FCIP) Local Business Outreach Program (LBOP) ensures that at least 10% of vendor contract dollars goes back to businesses where our schools are in the cities of San Bernardino and Highland. This effort is a collaborative giving opportunity to share resources and it increases awareness about the district’s education programs and the procurement process.

Registration for LBOP does not indicate vendor approval or prequalification. It is your responsibility to maintain your contact information and commodity/category codes within OpenGov's system

The bidder shall guarantee the total bid price for a period of 60 days from the date of the bid opening.
