A Secondary Contractor becomes primary should the Primary Contractor be unable to provide Services or a partial cancellation or termination becomes necessary. A Tertiary Contractor becomes the primary should the Primary and Secondary Contractors be unable to provide Services or a partial cancellation or termination becomes necessary. Bidders must be in the business of providing long term care services including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and must have done so for the past three (3) years.
