    Q (2026-QQ-811 Shed ): The RFB states the shed to have electrical. Is the GC to run electric to the shed and finish out? If so where is the electrical to come from?

    A: No, the GC is not responsible for running the electric or the final finish out.


    Q (2026-QQ-811 Shed ): Garage door keyed locks and entry door keyed locksets are not keyed alike. What is the method of correction on the keyed alike statement?

    A: If the locking mechanism requires an actual key, they need to be keyed alike. If they are a completely different method of being secured then nothing additional needs to be added.


    Q (2026-QQ-811 Shed ): The height calls for a 7'6" height The garage door and track from a 7' tall garage door will be too tight. can the shed be an 8' to accommodate the garage door and sundries overhead?

    A: The door can be manual it does not need to be electric.

    A: It needs to be permitted, secured, and leveled. Final product should be "move in ready". Wall Height

ANSWER: Location is optional Are we to do any electrical - including paenl, rough, finish, fixtures, or not?

    A: Usually they come prewired that includes: light switch, light, one outlet, with those things tied into a panel. It will not be hooked up to power by the winning bidder. We have no preference for the electrical panel box placement.
