Los Altos Hills County Fire District (District) is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide vegetation management and all other related services necessary to implement the Los Altos Hills County Fire District Community Shaded Fuel Break Connectivity Project. As set forth in Section II (Project Scope), the scope of work is anticipated to consist of one primary phase of work (Phase 1), and two potentially additional phases of work (Phases 2 and 3). The scope of work could consist of Phase 1 only, Phase 1 and Phase 2 only, Phase 1 and Phase 3 only, or all three Phases, depending on approved funding. The phases to be included in the scope of work will be determined within the District’s sole discretion at the time of contract award. Proposers must include all three (3) phases of work in their Proposals. All proposers must attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting on May 13, 2026 in order to be eligible to submit a proposal .
