The project is fully funded by the Department of Boating and Waterways, which has issued the City a grant to improve the launch and include non-motorized components to the facility. Bid specifications and forms can be obtained from the City of Stockton’s website at www.stocktonca.gov/eddbid. Bids must be marked “PUR 26-021 LOUIS PARK BOAT LAUNCH PROJECT – PHASE TWO March 12, 2026 BID” and delivered (mail or in-person) in a sealed envelope or a USB drive to the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 425 North El Dorado Street, Stockton, CA 95202, up to but not later than 2:00 pm (PST) on Thursday, March 12, 2026. Each Bidder must be licensed in accordance with applicable California State Law. A non-mandatory job walk will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 9:00 am (PST) promptly at 3121 Monte Diablo Ave, Stockton, CA 95203. Late arrivals will not be admitted. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids received.
