    Description

    In general, the proposed work will include demolition of existing improvements as delineated on the plans, grading, street improvements including curb and gutter, paving, sidewalks, curb ramps, driveways, signing and striping and other miscellaneous improvements as indicated on the plans. All project work and incidental items to complete the project shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications, and other provisions of the contract. All the above improvements are to be constructed in a workmanlike manner, leaving the entire project in a neat and presentable condition. All work shall be performed during regular hours (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM), unless night work is specifically requested by the contractor. Work on the Project shall be completed within 30 working days. The anticipated award date is January 27, 2026, and the anticipated start date is on or about February 6, 2026.
