    Wm. J. Keller & Sons Construction Corp. is actively seeking quotes from certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB) for participation in the Village Of Whitehall WWTP UV Disinfection Project. Summary of Work: Upgrades to the existing Village of Whitehall Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), located at 25 Riverside Drive, Whitehall, NY 12887. The upgrades include, but are not limited to, the installation of a new ultraviolet (UV) effluent disinfection system, construction of a new UV disinfection building, installation of multiple new WWTP process system bypass pipelines, various replacements of aging WWTP process piping and valves, installation of a new automatic effluent sampler, and installation of a new Parshall flume flow meter and metering manhole to replace the existing unit. The project specifications and plans provide detailed information regarding these upgrades.
