The upgrades include, but are not limited to, the installation of a new ultraviolet (UV) effluent disinfection system, construction of a new UV disinfection building, installation of multiple new WWTP process system bypass pipelines, various replacements of aging WWTP process piping and valves, installation of a new automatic effluent sampler, and installation of a new Parshall flume flow meter and metering manhole to replace the existing unit. The project specifications and plans provide detailed information regarding these upgrades.
