    Project Name: Bellevue Hospital Pharmacy Department’s New USP 797 & USP 800 Lab Suites (PLA/Union) Owner: NYCH+H Architect/Engineer: NK Architects Project Description: Scope includes all labor, materials and equipment to replace the fume hoods, USP-797 and USP-800. The work will include the removal and reinstallation of ceiling tiles, light fixtures, sprinkler covers and HVAC finishes to allow access to MEP Utility in ceiling. Open and patch walls for new utilities. New stainless steel ladder and cage. Create new openings in the roof for new structural steel and utilities, repair roof slab and existing modified bitumen roof. Furnish and install new gyp board wall assemblies. New pass through window, automatic sliding entrances, doors frames and hardware. Renovation of the existing restroom and locker room. New millwork and solid surface countertops. New lab casework. Modify existing fire protection layout along with adding new branches and heads. New fume hood exhaust fans, vav boxes, piping, RTU and split system AC. 3 new electrical panels, fire alarm work, and low voltage. Phasing Notes: No phasing Project Labor Agreement: The successful low bidder, as condition of being awarded this Contract, will be required to execute the PLA.
