Description

Bellows Construction is serving as the General Contractor and is preparing the IGMP for the MacGregor Park Expansion and Renovation. The project is a full renovation of the 65-acre Historical Park. Houston institution, the MacGregor Park renovation will include a new tennis center, tennis courts, playground, trails, landscape, parking, and site amenities, as well as the renovation of the existing baseball field and the existing community center.

The project consists of the following scopes of work:

New Tennis Center/Building.
New Tennis Courts.
New Playground.
Renovation of the Baseball Field.
Renovation of the Community Center.
Sitework Phase 1 - earthwork, utilities, landscape, parking, site lighting, and amenities.
Sitework Phase 2 - earthwork, utilities, landscape, parking, site lighting, and amenities.
