    Description

Spokane Public Schools (SPS) is utilizing the Progressive Design-Build (PDB) alternative public works contracting procedures, authorized under RCW 39.10, to solicit Proposers who will demonstrate their capacity to enhance innovation and efficiencies between the designer and constructor, while also realizing significant savings in the project’s schedule and budget and optimizing the scope of the Project within the established budget and schedule. The Madison Elementary, Fieldhouse and Franklin Park Project “the Project” consists of the replacement and demolition of Madison Elementary School, a connected fieldhouse, and renovations to the City of Spokane’s Frankling park. The project is being delivered as part of the Together Spokane Initiative between SPS and the City of Spokane Parks (COS-P) Department. SPS is looking for a collaborative partner who can help maximize efficiencies, maximize schedule, and adapt quickly to evolving priorities. With these established project goals, SPS is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from Design-Build Teams.
