Proposals will be accepted from registered 501 (c) (3) community-based organizations in good standing with the Department of Justice and the Secretary of State, providing services to the LGBTQ+ community. Organizations must serve residents within the city limits of Fresno, in one or more focus areas:1. Physical & Mental Health2. Housing & Basic Needs3. Gender-Affirming & Culturally Competent Care4. Youth & AgingIndividual proposals may offer programs or services that address ways to increase community building, outreach, and joy specifically providing housing and basic needs, community outreach, education and policy advocacy and physical and mental health Proposals will be reviewed by a panel of individuals representing the City of Fresno and members of the community to determine which proposals align with the identified priorities below.Proposers will describe the community outreach, engagement, education, and assistance services that will be used to support the program or service offering. Priority will be placed on proposals that offer services to the LGBTQ+ community.
