    The City of Woodstock, Georgia, herein referred to as the City, is accepting bids from qualified contractors for the purpose of roadway, drainage, utility, and traffic signal improvements at the intersection of Main Street and Elm Street in order to add a raised crosswalk, close off Elm Street to one way traffic, and extend the left turn lane on Main Street for Mill Street traffic, hereinafter referred to as the “Project”. This includes but is not limited to roadway resurfacing, stormwater drainage and piping, concrete sidewalk, thermoplastic striping, and signalized crosswalk.
