ACM abatement must be completed prior to demolition. Restoration work includes minor masonry infills, new concrete retaining walls, and new site drainage and backfill. ***Contract documents can be accessed on BidNet Direct*** https://www.cityofrochester.gov/departments/finance-department/contracts-bids-and-rfps A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND BUILDING WALK THROUGH will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 10 AM in Room 008A, City Hall, 30 Church Street, Rochester, New York 14614. After the conference, a MANDATORY SITE VISIT AND BUILDING WALK THROUGH will immediately follow at 170-172 E. Main Street, Rochester, NY 14604 to allow attendees the opportunity to see the existing conditions. The City reserves the right to reject any bid as non-responsive if a representative of the bidder did not attend and sign into the pre-bid conference. Sealed Proposals endorsed with the name of the Bidder and stating the Bidder’s address must be received by the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall Room 105-A, 30 Church Street, Rochester, NY 14614 prior to the Bid opening. The Bid opening is scheduled at 2 PM local time on January 12, 2026, at City Hall, 30 Church Street, Rochester, NY, at which time and place all Bids will be publicly opened, read and recorded. When the Bidder submits their Bid, the Purchasing Office will inform the Bidder of the room location where the Bids will be opened.
