The City requires a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive inspection, testing,     maintenance, and repair services for fire alarm systems installed across City-owned facilities.         Services include, but are not limited to:

• Routine inspections in accordance with **National Fire Protection Association standards (primarily NFPA 72)
• Preventative maintenance and system testing
• Emergency repair services
• System troubleshooting and replacement of faulty components
• Compliance documentation and reporting

Background

The current contract (ITB2021-126CS) expired on April 30, 2026, with no renewal options remaining. The City has 90 days to solicit and award a new contract. There are no performance issues with the current vendor who will continue providing the services until a new contract is awarded.
