Questions can be addressed to the Purchasing bids email at bids@cob.org The Purchasing Office at must receive the electronic bids proposals through the City Bid portal ‘’Procureware’’ https://cob.procureware.com/ no later than 11:00 AM on March 11, 2026 . The Electronic sealed bids proposals will be opened and read after the 11:00 AM deadline. The City reserves the right to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject all proposals or parts of proposals as may be in the best interest of the City.
