Replication and installation of 11 S-Scroll attachments. Removal, disposal, and replacement of existing bluestone patio. Furnish and install weathered steel edging around the entire bluestone patio perimeter. Removal of vegetation from around the perimeter of building. Estimated Range: $263,311.00 - $356,245.00 Alternate 1 Summary: Remove and install new patio handrail to match existing as shown on drawings. Replication and installation of 12 s-scroll attachments where indicated. Estimated Range: $5,950.00 - $8,050.00 There will be a pre-bid meeting at 10:00 AM on Monday, April 20, 2026, located at the Manor House at Planting Fields Arboretum State Historic Park. All Requests For Information (RFIs) are due by: 1:00 PM on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. RFIs received after this due date and time will not be processed. The completion date for this project is 180 Days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller’s Office. PUBLIC BUILDING LAW § 8(6) Pursuant to Public Building Law § 8(6), any contracts over $5,000 for the work of construction, reconstruction, alteration, repair, or improvement of any State building, a responsible and reliable NYS-certified Minority or Women-Owned Business Enterprise that submits a bid within ten percent of the lowest bid will be deemed the apparent low bidder provided that the bid is $1,737,918 or less (maximum amount has been adjusted for inflation effective January 1, 2026). If more than one responsible and reliable MWBE firm meets the requirements, the MWBE firm with lowest bid will be deemed the apparent low bidder.
