This contract is for marine refueling for Washington State Ferries. The contract includes purchase of fuels delivered by Truck-to-Vessel, Pier-to-Vessel, and Vessel-to-Vessel. This contract covers mobile marine refueling services only and it complies with a newly-enacted environmental rule designed to reduce the risk of spills in marine environments. This contract is a single “umbrella” contract for mobile marine refueling requirements and it conforms to all relevant rules, regulations, laws and industry standard best practices, including newly enacted environmental rules.
