Detailed design documents are attached. For this procurement, OPRHP requests that Good Faith Efforts are taken to include MWBE/SDVOB vendors where there is subcontracting availability. These efforts should be documented as, if asked, you must be able to produce a record of the actions taken to include MWBE/SDVOB vendors.
