    LI-CP-2026-002(A) The Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) is requesting quotes for a comprehensive pump-out station improvement project at Captree State Park. Work includes but is not limited to: removing and restoring the abandoned non-functioning pump station west of the boat launch and locating the associated tank, replacing the existing pump station at the boat launch parking lot, abandoning the underground tank adjacent to the parking lot, and replacing the intermittent pump-out station at the bait and tackle shop dock. Detailed design documents are attached. For this procurement, OPRHP requests that Good Faith Efforts are taken to include MWBE/SDVOB vendors where there is subcontracting availability. These efforts should be documented as, if asked, you must be able to produce a record of the actions taken to include MWBE/SDVOB vendors.
