    The Metropolitan Council is in need of Environmental Assessment and Abatement Services to provide environmental assessment, testing, isolation, removal, and disposal of asbestos containing materials and/or suspected other hazardous materials at any Metropolitan Council Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) or lift stations, existing or future site, or other site within the region served by Council. The Council intends to execute one master contract for use on an as-needed basis, total duration of five years and a maximum, not-to-exceed budget of $500,000.
