The City of Waco seeks formal proposals from qualified and financially capable developers or development teams to plan, lease, market, operate, manage and maintain an airport-compatible development on approximately 240 acres at Waco Regional Airport. NON-MANDATORY The City anticipates conducting a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference and controlled site tour at Waco Regional Airport. Attendance will require advance registration, government-issued identification, and compliance with all Airport security and escort requirements. The City may limit access to operational areas and may prohibit photography in designated locations. Oral statements made during the conference or tour are not binding unless confirmed by written addendum.
