    Description

    Seminole County BCC is soliciting for Proposals from multiple qualified professional, architectural, engineering and consulting Firms to provide General Architectural and Engineering Consultant Services, under the provisions of Florida Statute 287.055 (Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act - CCNA). The Consultants must provide qualified technical and professional personnel to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned under this Master Services Agreement (MSA).

    It is the intent of Seminole County to retain multiple Consultants (Approximately (3) Consultants per Discipline) to perform Services within each of the (7) disciplines listed below:

    Civil Engineering; Mechanical Engineering; Electrical Engineering; Architectural Services; Environmental Engineering; Structural Engineering; Traffic Engineering.

    Proposers must submit the following:

    • Submit one (1) Response to the General Solicitation (PS-6790-25/PCD) that meets all stated submittal Requirements. 
    • Submit one (1) Proposal for each Discipline that the Proposer wishes to submit for. (Links to Disciplines available within the Scope of Services Section Below)

    Firms may submit for (1) or More discipline listed above. Please see the attached Exhibit A - Scope of Services for more information about the anticipated types of projects.

    The County currently anticipates awarding to approximately three (3) Firms for each of the seven (7) designated Disciplines, under this non-exclusive continuing services Agreement.

    Services will be provided on an as-needed basis and no specific quantity of work is guaranteed. Project-specific scopes, schedules, and fees will be negotiated through work order authorizations. The County reserves the right to assign work to selected consultants, County staff, or others at its sole discretion.

    Seminole County is requesting continuing services for professional services as defined by Florida Statue 287.055 (CCNA). Under CCNA, work orders are currently limited by construction costs of $7,500,000 or study costs of $500,000.

    Estimated Annual Usage: $15,000,000.00 (Across all Disciplines)

    M/WBEs are encouraged to participate in the solicitation process.
