    Description

    The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents. Items of work are as follows: Curb, gutter, ADA ramp replacement, sidewalk construction, concrete flatwork, tie-in existing driveways, restoration and tie-in of roadway asphalt.This project will be a federally financed community development project. All rules and regulations governing such projects will be applicable. This project requires the payment of specific wage rates per the Davis-Bacon Act. Work to be completed under this project is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. Build America Buy America restrictions apply. Participation in the pre-bid conference is mandatory per Salt Lake County requirement for CDBG contracts. Bids from contractors who do not attend the pre-bid meeting will not be accepted.The pre-bid meeting will be held in person at 3:00 pm on April 6, 2026, at 2730 South 9100 West, Magna, UT.
