    This project includes providing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide specific repairs of drains at North Ramp of the MCEC. The contractor will perform demolition to remove concrete traffic slabs, subsurface drains, and expansion joints, all as more fully set forth in the Drawings and Notes. The GC shall provide a traffic plan and GC supplied signage. Contract documents for bidders will be available on or after May 20, 2026 via the Authority's website rfp.massconvention.com Pre Bid Conference: A prebid conference will be held at 10am on 5/27/26 starting at the North Lobby of the Thomas Michael Menino Convention & Exhibition Center (MCEC) located at 415 Summer St, Boston. The prebid conference will be followed by a walkthrough.
